The staff was friendly and helpful. The check in process was a bit complicated. I was unaware that I would be emailed my room information. Don’t know how it ended up in my spam folder. But i was able to get it figured out. The bathroom had a minor clog and had to stand in dirty water due to not having a clear drain. We also did not get clean towels. This may be my misunderstanding. Other than that, everything else was addressed well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a budget friendly place within a convenient location in New York city.

Very clean room and great bed. Simple and small, but good value (for NYC), safe, and great location. There was a water leak in bathroom from room above us one night, but by our return next evening if was totally fixed and our ceiling tiles were brand new! Good places for coffee nearby. Our room faced Houston I was was worried about noise, but excellent soundproofing and what an amazing view of Midtown. Recommend!

Our room was clean, despite it's small size it had a closet, TV, microwave, coffee maker, complimentary waters, and a refrigerator. Check in was so easy with the codes. Free snacks are in the lobby. We would stay here again!

Great location, clean room and small room, but suitable for it's purpose. Nice rooftop lounge with great city views. Check in was smooth, received for codes one day prior to arrival. All communication makes you believe there is no on-site staff. Front desk was staffed upon arrival, departure, at most times I past. Annoying to have to upload documents before hand, but all went well. Only negative of my stay was my room location on the first floor right next to the coffee station. Other guests tend to congregate in the area early morning and late evenings, not the best for light sleepers.

Grimy common areas, worse room. There were random hairs all over the place and the sheets were stained. The room never got cooler than 78 degrees. When it got up to 82 I turned on the dinky window AC and it rattled so badly that O thought it was going to fall out of the window. Unpleasant all around. Good location, at least
