Very convenient to restaurants since it resides on restaurant row. Also liked that a cocktail bar was right off the lobby. Breakfast was great with many options. It gets really crowded, but the staff keeps it moving by seating everyone themselves. Only downside was that rooms are very small and the heating didn’t work very well considering it was still pretty cold in NYC during our stay.

Overall, the property was ok; you're paying for the location. For those travelers who like to have your rooms <70 degrees, be aware they do not turn the AC chillers on until summer. For two nights in early April, the room was stuffy and warm due to outside temps being in the upper 70s lower 80s. The buffet was very good and expansive; note your entire party must be there to be seated

Staff was super nice except for the bartender at Fashion, which is in the hotel. She acted like I was bothering her every time I asked a question. She just wasn’t very pleasant. And I’m beyond east to please. Check in was great and they let us do it early. Front desk staff was wonderful. Room was small, but fine. When I woke up this morning hubby said. You bled during the night. And I was like. I don’t think that stain is from me. So that was gross. The bathroom walls are fogged up glass which is a nice touch but stinks when you are trying to sleep and the light goes on. Location was great and was a good price. Just didn’t “love” it.

Nice hotel!! Perfect location. My only comment-the website and info book both state check in is at 3:00. The front desk says 4:00. They said they would email us when room was ready-they never did. It was after 5:00 when we finally got to our room.

The hotel was very nice. I was very disappointed with the room. I reserved a king size bed . I was even told when I registered that I had a free upgrade. The room had 2 full size beds. Breakfast buffet was very nice as well as the staff. I would recommend confirming when you check in that you get the room you were expecting

I thought the hotel in general was good value the food in the bar could do with a better choice and the breakfast was ok but the beans needed to be a different type or brand apart from that the rooms was nice the bed was really comfy and is situated on a good road for restaurants.
