Quiet hotel just off the beaten path but right in the middle of everything. Breakfast was good, but often times you had to fight for chairs later in the morning.

Location was perfect for us. We do not find anything relevant that give us real grief, but we enjoyed our stay here.

Hotel was ok. Good location, room was decent size, staff were nice. But the hotel needs some attention. One elevator was not working, other was small, so long waits to get to and from the room. Bedding was stained. Extra blanket that I requested was stained. Walls were thin, could hear people coughing in another room.

Great breakfast and perfect location for most sight seeings. Very cramped room and breakfast lobby, staff was ok I often felt like cattle and they were corralling us... Not very considerate or gave personal attention.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast in the morning was good. It had lot of options. The big advantage we had was their luggage holding service, which was very helpful for us. We could check out and collect our bags later after visiting the city. It is conveniently located within walking distance to Penn station.

When we got there, I was told our room was given to someone else, cause of credit card issue and Expedia was supposed to let me know, unfortunately you’ll did not, had to fund any available hotel for my selected dates, which turned out out to be more than double.. Everything was great-- room was clean and good-- had minor electrical issue and maintainance man( very courteous) fixed right away-- breakfest and covience to deli etc was great Only issue i had was i requested a shower stool as soon as i arrived-- never recieved it after several requests-- no handicapped rooms were available But overall i would highly recommend this hotel but would book and request HANDICAPPED BATHROOM
