Could be better

The check in wait time passed the official time 3pm. It will be good to be able to check in online. The elevators can be busy and shared among the cleaning crews. The panel is hard to use. The buttons may not always work. It will be good by entering number instead of buttons and pre scanning the key card at elevator gate to avoid people blocking key card scan in the elevator. The room ac is too loud and the window is locked so not able to get fresh air from outside at all. The shower products fragrance is too strong and bit artificial side like Bath & Body Works. It will be good to have herbal based like Aesop. Thank you.

Bunk Beds!

Great location for vacationing in NYC. Convenient subway stops within walking distance and felt safe the entire time. Loved, loved, loved having bunk beds. More hotels should do this. It is perfect for families- who wants to sleep with their teen/parent/sibling? It makes so much sense. 100% would stay here again.

This was a cute hotel and pretty close and convenient to all the locations I needed to get to. Subway was close by so easy access to everywhere you need to be. Staff at hotel was on top of everything and was helpful and friendly.
