"Random people were calling my room talking about noise. We were sitting on beds watching tv at a more than respectful level. Talked to front desk and they said they have no control over phones and nothing they can do. Hotel is not kid friendly. In response to bouncing ball, the ball in question was placed in the vehicle after first reported issue and was not being bounced it was dropped when being put in basketball bag when preparing to leave for a tournament which was not during quiet hours. I unfortunately did have to confront said guest, because I was made aware by the front desk that there was nothing they could do. I also invited front desk staff into my room to see what was going on and they declined."
