Perfect location

We had a great experience. Close to food and entertainment. We will definitely be back. We travelled with our baby, so the sound machines were a nice touch. The bed/ pillows were super comfy! Such a beautiful area and property.

Great location. Nice unit. Get earplugs

Everything about this location is great ! The only negative was noise levels. Being right next to a walkable street means lots of 2AM people talking loud ( and upstairs neighbors too). So bring earplugs and you will be golden.

Great Spot away from Broadway Insanity

This is a cool little complex away from the insanity of Broadway. Quiet, love the outdoor space. The coffee shop down the street is a must do...food and coffee were delicious. I would definitely stay here again!

Funky Little Place - Great Location

I really enjoyed staying here. The layout of the condo was perfect and was very clean. Loved the music-themed décor. The location was great as I liked being a bit out away from downtown and Broadway, which was a 24-hour party, but close enough for a short Uber ride. Having parking onsite was a really plus.

Great location and place, missing some communication

This place was very cute, even the pull out couch was comfortable! The kitchen had all the needed amenities and it was be dry clean! My only complaint is that we got two different door codes and when I asked for confirmation of which was correct, I never got an answer. Additionally, we were checking out really early and I messaged to ask for any check out instructions and did not get a response.

Great place for the price

The property is nice and was clean and well stocked.A couple of things to consider though. We were on the bottom floor which we thought would be good since there’s no elevator but turns out parking is on the top floor making loading and unloading up and down 2 flights of stairs a little much. Upstairs neighbor was pretty loud all hours of the night. I’d stay again but upstairs!

THE BEST!

My friend and I went on a long weekend girls trip. We had the most amazing stay right from the time we walked in to our place! It was beautiful and the perfect size for us 2! We spent a lot of time on the balcony too. It was a very quiet neighborhood at night and was in a very safe location. The local coffee shop and tavern were a few of our favorites too. We will definitely be returning!

Lovely place in a lovely location!!

The place was just as it looks online, very clean, very cute and cozy. The location was good as well- walking distance from a coffee shop! Parking was easy and accessible. Property managers were great with communication and kept me updated on everything I needed to know! I would totally stay here again if I am ever in Nashville again!

The rental unit was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Communication with property management was excellent. It is located on historic Music Row. You should be aware that this is a short ride, and about 30 minute walk, from the Broadway district. There is not much else in terms of entertainment or convenience stores in the immediate neighborhood. However lots of good stuff can be found in the nearby Belmont U and Vanderbilt areas. The Gulch is another recommended area, about a twenty minute walk. You should also be aware of the considerable construction going on all over the city, including right next door to the property. All things considered, we can highly recommend.

Nashville pad

It was perfect for what we needed, a cozy clean lil place. It is located close to the crazy but far enough away that you don't hear it. You might need the earplugs due to upstairs occupants or other vacationers who come in late, the walls are a little thin.

Perfect little getaway
