Spacious Downtown Home, 4 Large Beds 2 Small Beds

Welcome to our beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 full bathrooms home located in the heart of East Nashville, Tennessee! This spacious and cozy house is perfect for families or groups of friends looking to experience the charm and vibrancy of Music City.

As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, with ample natural light and tasteful decor throughout. The living room is a great space for relaxing, with comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and a cozy gas fireplace to keep you warm on chilly evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker, so you can start your day with a fresh cup of coffee. We provide free high-speed wireless internet, so you can stay connected during your stay. We also provide clean towels, fresh linens for each bed, and toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner, to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The largest Guest Room is located on the first floor and sleeps two in a king size bed. It is the only bedroom on the lower level. Full bathroom with spacious shower located on the first floor as well. Room has flat screen tv with cable and built in streaming options. Large closet also available for your use.

The Master Suite is located on the second floor and sleeps two in a king bed. Private bathroom with large walk in shower located in the room. Master suite has flat screen tv with cable and built in streaming options. Walk in closet and work desk also available for your use.

Also on the second floor are Guest Rooms 2 and 3. They are "Jack and Jill" style rooms, connected by full size bathroom and shower. They each sleep two in queen beds, and each have a twin sized rollaway bed for your use. (Rollaway beds are stored out of sight, in the closets). Bedroom doors can be locked for privacy. Both upstairs guest rooms have flat screen tvs with cable tv and built in streaming options.

You will have access to all areas of the house. Living room has a 50” flat screen tv with cable and built in Chromecast mounted over the fireplace. WiFi internet service available throughout entire home.

Nashville Weekend Celebration

Property was in good location and bathrooms were modern and clean. The kitchen was nice with large island and plenty of space. The kitchen cabinets with the spice items was dirty and would recommend cleaning. Other items notices throughout the house. Two electrical concerns, 1)Fan switch started sparking when turned on in master bedroom, immediately turned the switch off. 2) There is are exposed wires on junction box on ceiling near upstairs middle bedroom. Damaged items in living room, 1)broken arm on chaise lounge chair, 2) window blinds are damaged, 3) dining table lower support not connected. In the kitchen the rubber seal is coming off the refrigerator door. Upstairs middle bedroom comforter has blood stains. The Jack and Jill bathroom door doesn’t latch on back bedroom side. Overall enjoyed our stay, but would likely look to other options for future visits to Nashville.

Fantastic Family Reunion

The pictures do not do this house justice!! It is absolutely beautiful inside and out! We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch. It was really close to downtown. The kitchen was even start with any Adams we might need. Will definitely be back

Nice and new and very clean.

This is a old shotgun style house refurbished too like new condition. This house is one of about twenty refurbished in a old part of town. Very nice furnishings nice and comfortable.
