Above average and great price!

Overall this unit is a great deal! Newer building with everything you need to make you feel at home. A few repairs are needed… some damage to walls, bathroom door doesn’t close/latch properly, elevator code never works and the traffic noise here is a bit much! You’re right on a busy road with heavy traffic from 6am to 11pm. Fire station is close as well so expect to hear the sirens often. This condo is a short drive or uber ride to downtown and East Nashville! The place itself was clean, and stocked with everything you will need for your stay. We didn’t use the washer or dryer but everything else works as it should. Neighbors upstairs are a bit loud but expected some noise since this is a middle level unit. As long as road noise doesn’t bother you and you’re ok with the area I would definitely recommend this place!

Great Location

The property is in a great location and was perfect for a Nashville weekend. It had plenty of parking and was very convenient for being picked up/dropped off by Uber. The bed was very comfortable and the entire place felt very clean. Was definitely a great choice to use as our homebase for the weekend. Highly recommend!

FANTASTIC

Property was as pictured. Pristine. Fully stocked kitchen - even lots of spices, k-cups, cleaning products, trash bags, paper towels…everything. Great layout of the apartment. Easy access. Kroger grocery store just down the street. Would DEFINITELY be my first choice if I visited Nashville again.
