Great place! 2nd time staying here.

Only thing - when we stripped the beds there were no mattress pad/protectors. The mattresses were disgusting. Otherwise it’s perfect!

Great stay!

Location is close to public transportation. The house is well-appointed, and it was very clean on check-in. There were a few minor issues, but all-in-all, it was a great place to stay.

Not a rave review

First the positive in what the host can control - the place was very nice, nicely furnished, and roomy enough for 7 adults. The positive in what they can’t control - Nashville is a great city. This was my first time and I would go back to Nashville. The negative they can control - the front door was difficult to lock from the outside when we went out. This created stress as the Uber driver would be impatiently waiting. We struggled to find the garage door opener which we ultimately did on the floor of the garage in the corner. The negatives they can’t control - we spent three nights there and on two of them were kept awake by raves being held in a unit across from ours. These very loud parties went to about 5 am both nights. At one point a security guard drove by and did nothing. Again,I realize Vacasa can’t control what happens in the area. However, I would not recommend renting this unit given that these things are going on around it.

Clean Comfortable Great location

We were in town for the Supercross at Titan stadium which is an easy 10 minute drive. The 2 car garage parking is great!! Plenty of bedding and extra pillows and blankets. Kitchen had all you need. Shopping is convenient. Safe and quiet neighborhood for sleeping in or taking a walk.

This particular property is in need of renovations. The rugs were filthy, walls in the bathrooms very dirty. Walls in common areas also dirty and in need of a paint job. The bedrooms were roomy and better than bathrooms. A deep cleaning would help. I would not stay here again

Where do I begin

Multiple things were broken or dirty upon arrival. The walls are all marked up, there was broken furniture and blinds. The condo was infested with ants. This was obviously a known problem because there were bait traps in the kitchen. We alerted the property management numerous times but nothing was ever resolved. I was just given a runaround. This is the second property we have booked with Vacasa and both stays were awful.

Pictures can make it look better

It looked good online, but it was clearly recently remodeled. The goal appeared to be to do it cheap, but look good on photos. The master shower is the best example, the floor tile was not even grouted and popped up while in it. The shower door did not stay closed. The furniture was rickety and cheap, and not comfortable. Is easy to get around Nashville, so proximity was not an issue but it wasn’t an interesting neighborhood and nothin really within walking distance. Sufficed, but disappointing.

Fun weekend

This was the perfect spot with plenty of room to hang out for the weekend. The bed/bath situation isn’t ideal for couples but it worked out ok. Cute spot, good location for cabs/Ubers

Nashville 3 day stay

Needed a place for 3 days and it worked out well. Place was clean and easy to get to. A little noisy all around because it's Nashville but overall was a nice place. Uber or Lyft everywhere.

Great location excellent stay.

The place came as advertised and then some. My group of 7 fit comfortably and we had a wonderful stay. Easy access for Uber as well as parking for our rental car in the spacious garage. All around a great place to stay.

Fantastic Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. From booking to arrival and departing, the process was really easy. Well stocked kitchen, clean bedrooms and bathrooms....everything was very nice. Quick drive to downtown Nashville and other fun adventures around the city. Uber was also easily accessible for pick up.

Wonderful Time

Our family had a wonderful time at the townhouse. We were in town for our son’s wedding and hosted an immediate-family only rehearsal dinner and brunch the day after. The kitchen island was a great place to gather. Plus, having a two car garage was perfect as we trailered our motorcycles down and had plenty of room for our truck, stand-up trailer and bikes. The management was also very responsive when we couldn’t figure out the thermostat. The service person wore a face covering the entire time and stayed until he figured out how the system worked.
