Perfect spot

This is my second time staying at this property. The unit has everything you could possibly need, looks brand new inside, and is super close to Broadway (7$ uber). I will continue to stay here when in town visiting my son!

California Girl’s Trip

Living room was a bit small for seating 6 of us. Can’t imagine 8 people. Also a dining room table would be nice for eating. Bathtubs were slippery. 4 queen beds?? Couple felt like a double.

Great Place!

We stayed and had our Thanksgiving here, the kitchen was well equiped! Beds were super comfy! 5 adults and 9 month old, we all had our own rooms, baby had a highchair and pack n play, close to a lot of things, We enjoyed some family time :)

1st birthday Nash Bash

Block away was a bad neighborhood where a shooting occurred at the gas station while there. Lacks a dinner table. Called for an early check in but no returned call as promised. Beds were comfortable, cute decor.

Pleasant Stay

We were there to celebrate my sons 23rd birthday, two couples and my son. We were all super comfortable. We could have easily brought more people along. The beds were very comfortable and the layout of the house was perfect. We didn’t have a car during our trip but if we did, there was plenty of parking. This place was clean. We would definitely stay here again. Great communication from host.

Nashville Birthday Weekend

The property was excellent - very clean and modern and was perfect for the 6 of us for sleeping and gathering together. The property was a short drive to downtown. As mentioned in a previous review, the property is in an area that is being renovated, but would recommend to be aware of your surroundings. Overall, we were happy with the property!

Close to everything.

The property itself was perfect for us. There were 5 of us ranging from age 75 to 20. We enjoyed having a space to gather and to visit and the 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths provided plenty of privacy. The owners had thought of every way to make our stay comfortable. Tommy the facility manager was prompt and attentive to all of our concerns. The neighborhood is a little schetchy so I would recommend a man be apart of the group. We didn't have any trouble ourselves, but just recommend this precaution. We will definitely stay again.

To be fair, we went for a national softball tournament during 4th of July week so that may have been why the area culture was more active than normal with homeless people.

Absolutely perfect property for me & my 5 girlfriends for my bachelorette party! The place was so cute & the beds were so comfy! They also were very flexible with our check-in which was amazing. Perfect place for a group of girls!

Beautiful space for connecting with friends and family and for rest

We rented this property to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Vanderbilt. We stayed for 4 days and thoroughly enjoyed every bit if it. The decor is modern, classy and chic and captures that music city vibe successfully while avoiding the kitschy cheap decor many rentals lean on heavily. I can see how this property would be great for a group of girlfriends and the ever present Nashville bachelorette gathering. The furnishings were solid quality. The beds were comfortable and cozy with lots of plush pillows. The water pressure was excellent and the water gets nice and hot. The home is well stocked. Full set of glassware, bottle opener, water filtering pitcher, top notch appliances. There were several games in the entertainment center and a record player with a few truly good classic albums. Each bedroom has a fan and suitcase racks. And there was extra bedding and thick foldout cushions that could easily be used for a couple extra sleeping spots. They had hair dryers under each bathroom sink and high end toiletries. We were traveling with a toddler and were so happy to find a pack-n-play and high chair which were both clean and in excellent condition. Those were a life saver! We cooked in the kitchen and hosted a big extended family breakfast for 14. Plenty of parking for the extra cars at that time. The property is easy to find. It’s a little off the beaten path, but after 4 years of exploring Nashville, it was totally fine to home base from. The neighborhood is quiet and clean with a little traffic noise and the occasional train. Two churches next door. No evidence of crime or vagrancy. The property manager was thorough and responsive. The upstairs shower was draining slowly when we first arrived. With a simple text, a technician was right there and had the problem solved in no time. Check in/check out were simple. Sweet little note and nice welcome gifts! Best rental property we’ve used over these past four years of multiple trips to the Nashville area!

Nashville Avantstay

The lodging was in good condition and I did not hear people in adjoining locations like you do in a hotel room. There needs to be more parking made available. Although some of the properties mentioned being along a busy side street, there was no mention of the train that went by. This location is on a border between a revitalized neighborhood and one that is not safe to walk through at night. The extra fee for each pet was excessive, but there was a small park nearby- although there were neighborhood dogs out one day that approached us aggressively.

Nashville fun

This place is new and was decorated with fun vibes. The beds were so comfy. It was spacious clean and included washer and dryer which was super helpful considering our travel schedule. We were close to town there was a nice modern restraunt in walk-in distance that was really nice.
