Excellent stay with family and friends

Property was safe, spacious and very clean. Easy access to Broadway and other areas. Greta was outstanding to work with. Due to weather, we had slight issue. Not only did Greta resolve the issue, she also went above and provided a gift for our stay. Very thoughtful and kind. Would definitely stay there again.

Girls trip

Great location, lots of fun shops and restaurants just a half mile walk away. Only 6 of us staying at these two townhouses, so it was quite comfortable. Loved the roof top patio. Greta, our house manager was very responsive and helpful.

Attractive, but inadequate and not safe

The place was clean and spacious. The spaces themselves were great. We just had a huge issue with the rooms and the beds. We planned for 20 people (the max limit without extra charge), sleeping two in the Queen beds. But they were not queen beds and the extra mattresses were actually for the pullout couches. And there was only one of those. So that barely made for sleeping space for 9 when you put one person on each couch. But the couch didn't have adequate bedding. So in all, we had to move two people to an additional lodging adding $1000 to our trip for a last minute booking. Not ideal. Additionally, the shower in one of the bathrooms was clogged. So anyone who showered was standing in residue from the previous person. Gross. Hosts said it was our responsibility to get ourselves extra TP for our 7 day stay. I don't think that's normal? The ground level windows didn't lock. Too easy to break in. I kinda felt unsafe. I'm not a picky visitor. This place just left my frustrated at several levels. If I could request some money back, I would.
