Great place to Stay!

Just a couple small hiccups. One of the codes did not work for the pool area. The shower drain was slow draining. Outside of that, all was great! Close to everything! We will stay again!

Stay on south street

We liked the unit overall. Easy access to garage and pool. Good size for a couple. We found the Chesterfield not comfortable so we did not use it. That would be only issue with this unit.

Home away from home

We had a lovely time and it was nice having a full condo available to come home to. The only issue we had was with the parking. Someone took our assigned spot so we had to activate our data in order to text the property manager as the email didn’t works.

Close to everything!

Was a good place to stay. Only complaints would be if you were a light sleeper the walls are paper thin. Neighbors above had a large dog that was making noise at 5:30am every morning. Nice location and easy in and out process. I would recommend staying here.

Great place to stay!

very nice place within walking distance to downtown nashville. didn't like the platform base for the mattress.(shin buster.) liked the balcony for sitting outside and seeing nashville live at night. would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stauy

This was a very nice condo. The building is nice. It's nice to have access to a pool and fitness center. Overall, the building is a little noisy although this condo was right next to the front entrance and people were coming and going late into the night into the early morning. Management was very quickly responsive every time I had a question or a concern. Short Uber ride to downtown. The condo is stocked with many things like pool towels, wine glasses, dishes, etc. It is a very dog friendly place. Dog gates and dog bowls. Overall a very nice place where I would stay again.

Perfect spot, close to everything. We had our dog with us while visiting our Student at Belmont University. Only negative is that the kitchen needs knives, baking dishes.

Beautiful place, a bit too far from the fun

Place was clean and exactly as pictured. Our really only big complaint was that the neighbors upstairs were really loud and up all hours of the night. For someone that has never been to Nashville I didn’t really know what to expect from “The Gulch” and Broadway is really where things are happening. It’s about a 20-30 min walk and during the day it’s ok, at night, a bit sketchy. We did have a rental car and drove downtown but parking is a lot as everyone knows. The only things missing from the condo were Kleenex, and hand towels for the bathroom. We brought one in from the kitchen. The Keurig container for the pods in the kitchen was empty. Assuming that’s normally provided since there is a specific canister labeled for them and there is a Keurig machine. Coffee was available in the main hallway which I found on day two. Overall nice place, not sure I would stay again simply because of proximity to downtown.

Great stay

It was a great place to stay. The pin pad to get in and out of the building / garage wasn’t very great. Could you use a fan in the room since it gets pretty hot. Overall, great stay. Would stay again.

Do-Over Honeymoon

My husband and I stayed for a bit of a do-over honeymoon/anniversary trip and had the best time! The condo was clean and everything worked well. The bed was comfortable and the location was close enough to walk downtown, but not so close that we heard the noise of nightlife. Would definitely stay again

Cute and convenient

Clean, cute place and convenient area. Door code would not work and had to call the help line to have the code changed and then it worked right away. Felt strange that the provided parking space in the garage was a handicap space, but was told that was fine and didn’t get ticketed. Overall pleasant stay! Definitely a party area and people are often out late, so we fit right in!

Very loud building

The unit itself was fine. The lock on the unit door did not work it took 40 mins to get in finally with a key. The agreement emphasized respecting the neighbors and quiet hours. It was like living in a frat house. Loud people coming and going at all hours of the night. I would not stay here again. The listing is misleading and should state that the whole building are vacation rentals. Lots of bachelorettes with no decorum and very loud.

Steer clear

This property is managed by vacasa, which does not have their act together. The door entry codes did not work for me or four other groups all trying to get in at the 4pm check in. Was told to call property manager but his phone was off. A resident shared the code with us finally. It took over an hour to get in, making me late for a meeting. The construction is also quite poor so you can hear all the parties in nearby units and clomping of upstairs neighbors. Not suitable for a business traveler. The wi-fi info was also incorrect.

Beautiful property

This property is the perfect location for your time in Nashville and is within walking distance to the Gulch & downtown. We loved the decor and layout and relaxing by the pool was an added bonus to our stay. I would definitely stay there again.
