Located in prestigious area of Miami, only 4 minutes drive to the closest Sunny Isles public beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with all dishes, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher and offers a large dining table and breakfast bar with bar stools. Smart TV in each bedroom and free wifi. Washer and Dryer conveniently located in the unit. 6 Beach chairs and beach towels for your use. Balcony overlooks green trees and marina with beautiful yachts. Free parking is included. Walking distance to famous Aventura Mall and movie theatre. Great condo/great communication

Wonderful place for a family reunion of multiple ages. The pool and hot tub were a big hit. Condo was well stocked, roomy and easily fit our 6 adults and toddler.

AMAZING PROPERTY!

Wow this property exceeded all expectations! incredible location less than 5 min drive from the beach and central location close to all stores such as target, walmart etc., liquor stores, take out places. Incredible pool on the property which was not packed like many places you go to. Gym on the property as well which was very convenient! Apartment was extremely clean and stocked with everything you need - beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and more. Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, cutting boards everything you would need. Couldn’t have hit the jackpot more with this property will definitely be returning again very soon. Host was also very communicative and responsive.

amazing place to stay for those that want to experience the heart of one of the best locations in fl

we throughly enjoyed our stay here, the place was clean and well supplied with everything you could need (like beach chairs which were very useful for the beach!). there is a pool in the complex which we really enjoyed and the beach is a very close drive. we will definitely be back here again!
