Clean & modern with a view!

The condo was clean and modern and had a beautiful view of the ocean even though not directly on the beach- just across the street. Check in was a little busy and so delayed by about an hour but everything else went smoothly. Property managers were responsive. Great place for a girls getaway!

Perfect Staycation

Unit was clean and comfortable with amazing views and amenities. The kids loved the pool area and tennis courts. Walk to beach was a bit further than we would have liked and spa/sauna was closed but overall we loved it and would go back.

Rough start, great finish!

The unit itself fell well short of expectations upon arrival. There were numerous deficiencies and we were not happy. That is when the Stay Today team stepped in and took action. Led by Ilya, Gaia, Christina and others, within a few days nearly all issues were resolved. The Stay Today team does not rest until their clients are happy, stays in constant communication to ensure they are, and is a group which I would highly recommend should you come across any of their other managed properties. The Hyde Beach House itself is wonderful, the staff amazing, the amenities great. It is very busy though, elevators (whomever designed a 42 story building with 4 elevators must have failed engineering/design school) and waiting on valet (no self parking option) are an issue and so patience is a virtue. Especially as you get into mid-March with Spring Break. Overall we wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

Great location

2 couples stayed in the condo unit. The unit was located in a great area. There are many things easily assessable near by. Loved the pool area. The husbands enjoyed watching the sunrise on the balcony every day as the wives slept in.

Great location, comfy hotel :)

Views were amazing! Beds were comfy and response time from property manager was prompt and helpful! Kitchen was well Stocked for the most part. Only negatives: couch was stained, no regular coffee in unit ( we bought our own ) and toilet paper was the cheap/rough kind. Overall A great vacation stay, I would give it a 8.5/10

Great location but not well equipped

Location is great. Right next to the beach and many shops. The property is a hotel and residential building, but this didn’t feel like a true VRBO. 1 pot, not well stocked at all, no dish soap, no paper towels, 2 garbage bags, not your standard VRBO that has everything you need when staying. The couches were stained and the place was a little dirty. But location and view was great. I would stay again but I would make sure I brought my own stuff if I wanted to cook anything and clean up afterward. Also, didn’t really get a checkin package like you usually do that gives you all the info. And parking your car cost an extra $35 a day, so put that in your budget.

First Trip to Hollywood, FL

We came down to attend the boat show and check out the area of Hollywood/Ft. Lauderdale. The accommodations and amenities at Hyde House were lovely. The pool, jaccuzzi, gym and bar area were the best we have encountered. Love the master bedroom with large walk in shower and big soaking tub! The condo was immaculate! Great View! the staff were all excellent and so friendly. Security was good. Make sure you take a trip a couple miles down the road along the broadwalk. It's wonderful for jogging, biking and getting a good workout in. Great shops and restaurants. It's about a 5 mile walk along the ocean and beautiful park to Dania Beach Pier. Go see Marty at the Quarterdeck Bar & Grille there. Be sure to visit Billy's Stone Crab and GG's Waterfront Grille. They are just a mile away from this beautiful hotel.

Quick Vacat Away

Very clean and modern residence....had 2 very nice pools and a short 8-10 minute walk to the beach...at the beach you are provided 2 lounge chairs and umbrella.....hotel staff was nice and friendly....would have appreciated some sort of binder In the room with information on the resort..garbage policy...check out procedure etc....had to do things by trial.and error or by asking other families...Overall very nice place to stay and would definitely consider going back if we were to visit area again...

Very Clean and Spacious

We had a great experience. The unit was very clean and spacious. Staff was helpful, valet was always fast with our vehicle. Used the gym daily and it was better than most hotels. The balcony was huge but only complaint there was that it was not very relaxing with the sound of the traffic from the overpass to highway and the loud air conditioning unit on top of the building next door.

Best Decision Ever!!!

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The check in process was smooth and easy. By time I was done checking in, my luggage was out the car and on the cart. My luggage was in my room by time we got there. The whole place was neat and clean and smelled great. Looks just like the photos. The view was great. We have never felt so comfortable being away from home. We will definitely be coming here from now on.
