Place was very nice, clean and a comfortable Living space. The Bathroom was great, my Wife enjoyed the Jetted tub, and the kitchen was good as well. Our only complaint was we did not have access to the Thermostat. I assume it is in the main house, So Sunday night when we got back to the place, we had no AC, either it was broke or somebody had turned it off. The ceiling fans helped, just wish we could have turned on the AC.

This was the cutest space. The private patio was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun or the stars. The tub was top notch after walking 10 miles! The new creamer and sugar available for the keurig was much appreciated! Will definitely look into staying here again

Perfect Off-Strip Stay {{Ideal Location}} & Comfort was 10/10As a Realtor who travels often for business, location and comfort are everything, and this stay delivered on both. Situated in a quiet, walkable community just 5–10 minutes from some of the best local food spots, about 17 minutes to the Strip, and only 10 minutes from the airport, the convenience truly doesn’t get better than this.The home was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The one bedroom layout was perfect for a business trip, and the bathroom was a standout feature, especially for a plus 1 the jacuzzi tub and triple shower heads make it ideal for couples or anyone wanting a little spa-style luxury after a long day.If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-located stay close to everything Las Vegas has to offer, but without being directly on the Strip — this is it. Host was awesome. Communicated check in instructions and checkout in a timely matter. Place was clean and as advertised. Located in a nice neighborhood, I felt completely safe. Perfect for a getaway to Las Vegas for those who want to avoid the hotel hassle. Of note the entry is through the gate on the right.

We had stayed here in June/July for 2 weeks. It was close to the clinic we were going to each day so it was a perfect location. We booked again for 3 weeks in September/October. I had mentioned in our previous stay he needed better cookware. When we came the second time, he had replaced the old cookware with new. I appreciated his thoughtfulness. We will definitely book with him again when we return.

The property is a comfortable unit in a former single-family residence converted into a multifamily dwelling. It is located a convenient drive or quick rideshare from all major Vegas Strip attractions and the airport, in what is otherwise an unremarkable residential neighborhood. The host was very attentive, conscientious, and check-in/check-out were easy. We found the unit clean, wonderfully equipped, and well-stocked with kitchen and bath supplies. The bed is comfortable and features a form-fitting memory foam mattress. Overall, if you would like to live "like a local" conveniently located near major Vegas attractions this is a great place.

Weekend Vegas Trip

We came in for a long weekend and wanted somewhere to stay off the strip but not too far. This fit the bill perfectly. We were close to the airport & other amenities such as Walmart, restaurants, etc. We did utilize the bedroom AC unit at night to sleep & did not hear planes overhead at all. The unit is a bit loud but that's my preference when I sleep white noise. The mattress was a bit firmer than we would have preferred so keep that in mind if you want a softer bed. Everything that we needed was in the unit & it was very very clean. This is the first VRBO that we have stayed in that did not have laminated signs everywhere & that was great! It felt more homey because of it. The shower was AMAZING. Plenty of hot water and multiple shower heads plus great water pressure when utilizing multiple shower heads. There is a Keurig with pods available, too. Also, plenty of bottled water. We did utilize the in-unit washer & dryer without issue, too.The host was great. We didn't actually meet him in person which is fine, but he was quick to respond when needed and we enjoyed our privacy. We would stay at this unit again without hesitation should we return to Vegas. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet and we weren't too far from Fremont or the Strip. You cannot walk there but it's also only about 10-15 min in the car depending on traffic.

The property was exactly as listed. Very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. David made the check in and check out process easy. We used this location to visit the Red Rock Canyon and it worked out very well. Great location near the airport too. Thank you.

Comfortable Stay

David responded quickly to our questions about the check-in process. The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood about 15-20 minutes from the downtown core and about 10 minutes from the airport. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants within a few minutes drive from the property. The kitchen was stocked with all the basics, such as dishes, utensils, pots/pans. David left us tons of drinking water. The washer and dryer were in good working order. The bathroom is huge! Overall, it was a great place to hang our hats at night.

Cute and quiet Getaway
