The staff was very nice but nothing in the room worked. The ac/heat, lamp, tv remote, nothing! Thankfully the room wasn’t too cold but i find that unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, i definitely wouldn’t again.

It started good from Wednesday till Friday. On Saturday housekeeping came to clean the room and I told her we are still in the room come. Well she didn’t come back bed unmade and dirty towels on bathroom floor. I called front desk and explain the situation. She informed me that she will leave message to clean the room. Well Sunday the room was not clean again and told her I would call corp office. Very unsatisfied with the end of my stay!

Friendly service, convenient location for a big soccer tournament. Hotel is in pretty rough shape physically. Rooms are pretty run down. As long as you know what to expect coming in, you won’t be disappointed. It was quiet and there seemed to be plenty of help if needed so that was a plus.

The room was clean and check in was simple. The only reason I knocked it down one was that I called at 11:13am to request early check in. It was very noisy in the back ground so I could barely hear the female worker on the phone. She then proceeded to sound very irritated with me and put me on hold after numerous questions to only come back and ask the same questions again and tell me to call back later. It felt unprofessional and made me feel like I was burdening her.

It was fine. Bathroom didn't have a hair dryer even though it was supposed to. Room was big and very quiet. The staff is nice when they're at the desk but are often not, I had to wait like ten minutes to check out since there's no dropbox for the key and nobody was at the desk, there was no one there when I came to check in either even though it wasn't an odd hour. But for one night it was fine and I liked that I didn't hear a thing from the hall or other rooms.

The beds are not comfortable. I booked a room with 2 queen beds. One bed is only a double. The other bed has a queen mattress on top of a double size platform. Inside the room looks old and dingy. The bathroom doors have pulls for kitchen cabinets. There is no bathroom fan. The breakfast was very bad. The food they serve tasted very low quality, GMO type. They use styrofoam plates and bowls. I have a small dog & was charged a daily dog fee but the dog waste bag dispenser was always empty. The cleaning people were unfriendly. Although the front desk people were very pleasant and helpful.
