Stayed there for a few nights in May 2025.
Without a doubt, the worst room I have ever had In Las Vegas.
I visit Vegas about once a year. I do not stay at luxury hotels, but those you may describe as relatively average.
The pricing at Harrahs was similar to other hotels near it on the Strip.
There was so much wrong, I hardly know where to start:
- No fridge. (I went to Walgreens and bought a portable cooler bag for $25.
- The “closet" was a less than 2 foot wide slot behind the bathroom door.
- There was one hook to hang anything.
There was a floor to ceiling glass partition for half of the shower fixed in place. So extra water would be left on the floor. That also left no place to hang a wet towel, unless you dumped what was on the single small rod under the sink.
With such limited space, they left an unused large minibar pad on the table. Up to me to move it out of the way.
The chair at the desk was a small stool, with no back. Replaced it with the other chair in the room. Worked, but not comfortable.
They had a coffee maker. No coffee pods or sugar. Even the cheapest hotels I’ve stayed at provided that much.
I can’t imagine how two people could stay in this room together.
I stopped at the service desk for an extra key. Quietly mentioned to the clerk how awful I felt about the room, (Especially since the Casino was so nice). He gave me a pointedly disinterested shrug.
Would never stay again. Even for free.
