Check in was easy but agent was not very informative about the room or services as this was my first visit. I basically read the screen when checking in and also I opt in for housekeeping but my room was not cleaned even though I left he room before 11:00am. I ended up calling for some fresh towels and waited an hour and had to call again. Overall the stay was good

Overall a good stay. Would definitely recommend more than only two pillows for a queen bed. Minimum of four. Also, free coffee would be nice. Not a huge deal, but the showers were poorly designed. You have to reach in and get wet to turn it on and the water oversprays gets the floor all wet

Check in took way too long - about 45 min. Safe was found to be locked, called to have it opened, never happened - also, no inquiry as to did the situation get corrected.

Bed is comfortable with good pillows. But, noisy because we can hear elevator motion all day long even though our room is midway between two elevator shafts. Also, we smell oily food oder all day long even though we are on the 55th floor. Something is clearly wrong with their ventilation system. Finally, the safe doesn’t work. Do not recommend this fabled hotel!!!
