Great room, breakfast smelt great when we went through the lobby and we wished we could have tried it out. We were with a group that was at another location so we didn’t get to make use of most of the amenities, we will definitely go back to do so on our next trip there.

Very basic. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately, upon arrival after inquiring as to having refrigerators in the rooms and being told refrigerators were in every room now, this was not true. Despite the beautiful weather, the pool was not open. Unsure who created the plan for the showers in the Mountain Rooms, but eeek there was probably more water on the floor than in the shower. Ridiculous shower plan.

Hotel rooms could use an upgrade. Incidental requests fulfilled in a very timely manner. The few staff members we interacted with were lovely and accommodating. VERY expensive to dine on property. Our room was not attended to by housekeeping on one day during our stay. We left the room at 1:30pm but anticipated it would have been attended to by our evening return. Disappointed that the pool was under construction.

Room was spotless, staff was kind and helpful, especially Justin at the Box office booth, who went above and beyond to help resolve a frustrating ticket issue, the sweet lady that helped us to check in. And the gentleman at the valet service. The show was amazing.

Please rearranged the closet in the rooms. The closets in the bathroom are not conducive for 2 people to share a room, and not in a good spot. I do not like to poop and shower in room with my clothing.

We checked in less than an hour before and we’re charged a $25 fee. We have been lifelong visitors and have stayed exclusively at Harrahs including Laughlin. We are Caesars rewards members and didn’t feel that we needed to pay the extra $25 fee. In addition, the main lights in our room didn’t work and the carpet was filthy.

The bed was comfortable. Things that could be improved: - Provide free in-room coffee (you will get charged a surprising sum if you use the coffee in the room and the Starbucks downstairs charges around $12 for a basic latte). I chose to get my caffeine off the Strip - Charge less for parking to folks staying with you - Have showers that fully shut and not just a piece of glass that goes half way along the shower - I was under the impression (apparently incorrectly) that Expedia Gold members were eligible for free room upgrades, if available. I stayed two nights mid-week and the hotel was not busy. When I inquired at check-in, the agent seemed to respond as if not having heard my question, and spent awhile reading every different kind of room I could pay to upgrade to. After saying, “No thanks - I was just inquiring if Expedia Gold complimentary upgrades are available,” the check in agent proceeded to want to re-state to me every kind of room I could pay to upgrade - The room I was assigned was in the 4600 numbers. For regular folks, that means floor six. It faces the building wall and roof / no view of note.

Room was not as expected, especially for a casino. There was a small refrigerator on the floor. You had to literally get on your knees to use. And refrigerator turned on but did not work. Room was supposed to have a queen size bed. Mattress much smaller. Requested room service. Towels were changed, but during 3 days sheets were not. Carpeting not really dirty but not clean. Staff at desk were ok but not pleasant. The girls serving drinks in Harrah's casino were not friendly at all. In fact they would walk right by as my wife played the slots. And we tip every time. In one instance we asked for a coke and water when she returned my wife had a five dollar bill. She asked for singles so she could give her $2. and the lady seemed to be insulted. She walked away and my wife called miss, miss. Am I being petty. Are we supposed to give $5 tips. The concierge sent many texts in case we needed help for reservations, etc.. I asked, practically begged for any type of amenities and he texted back; Go to front desk and ask for manager. On Friday we're in the airport and I get a text; you have a $10. freeplay to be used by 10 pm. Really !! Here in Detroit we frequent MGM. Caesars has a lot to be desired in comparison.
