The way the 2 bedroom suite was split. So there was some personal space was great. Parking was horrible. Even garage was full. Walls are very thin...so keep in mind when using the soaker tub....the running water is very loud.

This place would have been great if it wouldn’t have been for the very aggressive time share salespeople . They not only cold called me soliciting I go to a 90 minute “presentation” they also scolded me multiple times wanting me to agree to buying into their timeshare when I knew it wasn’t right for me financially. I was not there 90 minutes , I was there over 3 hours . This has affected my future plans to stay there . Please do not let their sales people lure your into any presentation. I considered if abuse by how aggressive they were

I really liked the hotel room. It was like an apartment with all its amenities. You don't have to drive far to find a place to eat either. The rooms were quiet but the elevators got quite busy during check out time. Also parking was hard to find Fri. night because Beyonce was in town.

I have been staying at this location for over 15 years now and renovations/updates to the facility do not look like they have occurred over the years. Things look dated, doors were coming off, resources supplied for the kitchen have not been replaced and were missing (Dishes, pans, and eating utensils). It took three attempts to finally get settled in my rooms as the first rooms assigned were dirty and had not been cleaned, the second rooms smell strongly of backed up sewer, and finally the third rooms were okay, but still were missing items needd for my stay.

I came to the hotel at 4pm to check-in and the line was out the door. Most guest had been in line for over an hour or 2. So I decided to come back in a hour still the same. Left again and decided to come back at night still waited for 1 1/2 hours to check-in. I also seen mice in the hallway and outside of the condo. Went out at 6am and there was popcorn all over the sidewalks. The mice outside were taking piece by piece back to their area, but my biggest question was why wasn't the outside area cleaned overnight. Beautiful property but mice in the hallway was crazy.

Check-in and check out were horrible experiences. We waited to hours to check in. The room assigned to us smelled like a smoking room even though the hotel states that all their rooms were nonsmoking. We didn’t complain to the hotel staff since they sounded like they didn’t care based on our observation of other guests who were trying to check in. When we checked out, they couldn’t print a receipt which is crazy but whatever. Definitely not returning to this place.

It’s summer so lots of people but that’s okay. It’s overall a good resort, very friendly staff, has a variety of pools. We went to the pool at our building and right after we got there a gal walked in with 13 kids so we relocated to the main pool n that was cool. The fridge in our room smelled and was plugged in but not working so we ended up not using it. The rooms are large, the tub in the bedroom is huge! There is a casino across the street that is perfect so you do not have to go in to the strip unless you really must. It’s perfect to be able to walk across the street and away from the riff raff to relax. This was just a quick overnight mini getaway for my husband and I, we would go back. We would also go back with the kids/grandkids

After 2hrs on line to do the check in, they told me the room wasn’t clean, the checking was at 4pm and they told me that at 9pm, when finally the guy give the keys without any normal instructions about where our room was located or where we have to park, etc. He didn’t apologize for the issue or even say thank you. DO NOT STAY HERE! Worst hotel experience ever! After writing in line to check in for 1 1/2 hours they gave us a room that turned out to be occupied already. There is not enough parking, so we had to hike back to the office and wait another 30 minutes to find another room. When we tried to take a shower their were no toiletries. I called for them to bring some up and they never did. I called back tosee why they didn't and they had me on hold for 15 minutes before ai gave up. I had to flag down a random housekeeper to get toiletries. I later tried calling the front desk, but no one answered (called 15X but got put on hold each time. Ridiculous! Don't stay here unless you wanna ruined vacation.
