Staff and property were amazing! We got the 2 bedroom suite and it was perfection! Clean, plenty of room, air conditioner worked too well!!! Food options and a casino in walking distance! Our visit was beyond our expectations! Our only complaint….how long the elevators took to get in and out of the hotel!!! Will stay here again!

We choose this location because of the proximity to our friend’s house, price it had in room laundry. The registration was a little difficult to find and they wanted me to fill out everything again that I had just filled out online. Our room was large and clean. The door was extremely hard to open and our AC didn’t work. Our room never got below 78. We called reception and they sent someone to fix the door and AC in the morning but didn’t really do us any good because we were leaving. We would stay again. We liked that security patrolled the parking lots.

rooms were clean and nice. hallways looked dirty. only one elevator worked the entire labor day weekend and we were on the top floor. we had to park pretty far from our room but i know it’s because it was a busy weekend. customer service was not helpful. they also charged me for damaging something that was not damaged i had to fight for a refund. The room was nice it was just everything else about the stay that made it terrible.
