I had a terrible stay, I was here for my wedding, which made it so much worse. The service was slow. I could never get a hold of the front desk. I got a room with a hot tub so I could decompress , it didn’t work. After the hot tub was fixed I couldn’t even use it because a bunch of gunk came out of the Jets.I had to call Maintenance to come up. My room safe was broken and they wouldn’t send somebody to help. And then two hours before checkout they began maintenance on air filters on my entire floor, causing a ton of noise.

Have stayed at the Elara a couple of times, once on the upper Club levels with a balcony and on a lower floor on this occasion. Lower room was still modern, spacious and very well equipped, apart from a lack of USB points. Location is good and being connected to Magnificent Mile means you have access to lots of shopping and food options without having to go outside. Pool area is a bit bleak and sparse, needs some more trees and shade to be tolerable in peak summer.

So happy I chose this hotel for my sister’s bachelorette. We stayed 3 nights in a suite and it was plenty spacious for the 4 of us and had all amenities we could ever need. Amazing pool views and proximity to everything on the strip and the adjoining mall. Everyone (staff) we came across was friendly and helpful. Amazing time was had and I would definitely stay here again!

Elara is the perfect location if you're accessing the Aria/Bellagio/Paris/PH area of the Strip. It's quiet, secluded and smoke-free, but a ten-minute walk to all the action. The Miracle Mile shopping center provides plenty of restaurants, and two ABC convenience stores (I don't "shop" so it's useless to me otherwise). I had a room with a noticeable sewage smell in the bathroom. They immediately gave me a room change, no questions asked.

Always a lovely place to stay. Near the strip and conveniently located without being on the strip. It does not have a casino in it and rather is a very peaceful and pretty hotel. Nice to return to after the typical Vegas casino noise!
