After check in, you are ushered to the concierge desk where they try to sell you on a time share. After telling them no, we walked the 6 steps to the elevator and were accosted by the security guard who just watched us check in but required we scan our key card to access the elevator area. There’s 6 elevators per tower but only one was actually working most days so that it would be full of people and stop at nearly every floor. The room was nice and spacious. Next was the pool area which was the most disappointing part of the property and why my wife and I won’t return. It’s small compared to other strip properties. It’s right next to the all glass building so it feels like sitting under a magnifying glass. Lots of families and kids splashing everyone. There’s only one bar and the line for a drink was unacceptable. The servers only care about the cabanas and don’t help anyone else. Getting a drink was next to impossible. And the one we got had no alcohol in it. We tried to bring in our own drink (something MGM resorts allow you to do) and were turned away by the gestapo pool security guards. Chairs are limited and there was no enforcement for people showing up early, claiming a chair, then leaving and coming back in the afternoon. The last night we had no hot water in our room and our sinks kept backing up. My wife called down to ask about room service and got a snotty employee who questioned why she would even think they offered it with the miracle mile being so close

Our room was beyond perfect! We were on a higher floor with a view of the sphere. The space was expansive and clean. The kitchen was incredibly handy for daily breakfasts and snacks. The gym had enough equipment for our daily workouts It’s definitely a great home away from home!!

The property was nice & clean. However, the check in process took an extremely long time for us. I don't know what the problem was with our reservation, but it took two agents to check us in. Even though there was a long line of people checking in after us, they were all done with their check in while we were still being helped by the two agents. The two agents were nice and said the problem was on their end. If this is true, then how did everyone else behind us were done with their check in before us?

Door opens to miracle mile connecting to the strip. Conveniently located. Extended stay by 2days but charges were way higher by hilton reservations. Room with great view. Housekeeping a bit lacking. Room not made 2 out of 5 nights.

Honestly the only place I’ve stayed at for the past 10 years. Technically off strip but it’s pretty much on the strip via the miracle mile mall. Everything you need is within a 5 min walk. Shops, restaurants, fast food, casino, pools, you name it. The 1bd suite is all you need. Has everything you’ll need and are spacious. Service and staff is great. If you haven’t stayed here, pull the trigger already. You won’t regret it.

Like: central location, right in the middle of a beautiful quiet shopping mall, spacious room, good security, good customers service, smooth check In and out even with long line. What I didn’t like was the pushing (as gentle and subtle as it was) to attend sale presentation on their vacation properties. It is a great place to stay when visiting Vegas.
