I love this property! The staff is helpful and friendly. It’s clean as well. Best part is it’s 21st over. The only thing is the pool area has no shade. Big umbrellas would definitely help.

Had a situation involving being stabbed in the finger by what, in the words of a member of the hotel staff, was a "biohazard" embedded in the top layer of the bedding in my room. Hotel staff initially seemed helpful, but quickly turned extremely dishonest and hostile once hotel security got involved. I've never experienced anything like this at any other hotel or business in my entire life. If you enjoy staying at a place primarily staffed by greasy mall cops and used shoe salesmen LARPing as mobsters, you should absolutely stay here. Be sure your health insurance is good to go in advance though, because you may need it.

Once you walk into the hotel it is like walking into a wall of smoke. With that said, the room was fantastic and the staff member that checked us in was amazing. But I would not stay here again because the entire lobby area smells of smoke.

I specifically asked for a handicap room days before I arrived and I was told there were non available except for a suite of which they tried to add another $100 per day for this handicap room. I was aghast at this. I refused and argued with the man trying to syphon more money from me. I hate hotels that try to take advantage of their customers. That is how I felt. After several minutes of back and forth, he finally got permission to "comp" the suite. I will say it was nice of the hotel higher ups to agree to this but it should have never been a question about whether I should be paying more. Again, I specifically added to the reservation a handicap room with a walk in shower. My wife was pleased, but not after I had to argue my point.
