Overall, we loved the property. Our only gripes were the shampoo & shower gel being empty in the master bathroom & the tub in the master being plugged up. The last gripe was about the pool situation. The pool next to the slide exits really needs to be open when the slides are open. I understand it isnt quite pool season, but it sure would be nice for the parents to be able to swim in the pool while our teen children go down the slides. We would've stayed longer if it was open thus leading to us buying more drinks to enjoy the day. Just our two cents. We would stay here again.

My first room smelled like cigarettes second room smelled like cooked onions and roaches were in the kitchen in the morning the third room central air and heater did not work all of that, and it was my birthday :(

We stayed at this resort several times in the past. This visit was by far not the best stay. We did arrive early morning and they got us in a room early but had to take a non rennovated room. Dissapointment fell in the outdated appliances in our unit, stove was off level so every pan tilted back not allowing even cooking surface, toaster seemed to have inky a burnt level even on lowest setting, this unit did not provide hand towels or pot holders to remove hot food from oven, had to use bath towels instead. Not much in the kitchen like others before. Coukd just be the tineshare owner being skimpy and cheap. The activity center closed early several days and our last day closed all morning before we had to leave. Obviously didnt get resort fee used much, pool closed in 2 of the 3 areas the entire time, maybe staffing issues? And the most annoying i never noticed in the past is the amount of people talked into walking the property for timeshare sales. Every 10 min someone past the pool area which was just that annoying all day long the one day we got to sit out. Other than that, i would have preferred for the rate paid a better quality unit. May not stay here in the future unless things change.

We have stayed here numerous times. It is great for families with kids. What I didn’t like about this time was many of the pool areas, as well as the waterfall were not open during our stay. Due to lack of lifeguard availability. The slides were also closed a lot of the time which is a huge selling point for why we stay here.

It literally is a resort in Vegas instead of the beach. No questionable characters. Not close to the strip or the chaos that comes with it. Great for families or romantic getaway. Would definitely stay here again. Beautiful pool area and beautiful grounds.

Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Disappointed in pool area and lack of usability with many pools being closed earlier in the day but we think maybe due to weather. Would like usb ports in the rooms for sure. That was a bummer and struggle for us.

My stay was amazing , the only downfall that I thought was a mishap was the checkin time , cause when you fly into Las Vegas in the morning , why do we have to wait all the way till 4pm check in . It was hot and some of us had no where to go I understand you can sit by the pool but you want to get to the room and change ect ! Overall great property
