DONT BOOK STAY AWAY!!!

DO NOT BOOK THIS MOTEL!!!!!! Rooms are disgusting our toilet wasn’t even scrubbed clean before we arrived there was still brown mark on the toilet. One of the light lamps did not work. There’s was a smell coming from the couch when someone went to go sit on it. Horrible place the front lobby as soon as you walk in to check in huge smell of cigarettes. IF YOU HAVE KIDS DO NOT BRING THEM HERE. Please don’t cheap out on a stay in Las Vegas trust me I learned that the hard way.

The room was not ready on initial check-in. Once the room was ready, there was no sheets on the beds, the room was dirty with peeling wallpaper, lots of areas that needed immediate cleaning. We know what we were getting for the price, but the cleanliness was not good at all. The staff at the hotel were very nice, especially the young woman at Dunkin Donuts.

First thing when you walk in , the smell of cigarettes is really intense , if you dont smoke , at the front desk . The rugs seems to not have been clean for a while now and the staff is friendfly . Like your talking with your grandma and she aint sure who your mom is .

I want a refund for my stay at this property, The bathroom toliet overflowed twice, got water everwhere. It also took the staff about 45 mins to an hour to show up to unclog the toliet, then over an hour for someone to mop up the water. When they did mop up the water, no one used any type of cleaner to clean the floor from the sewage water. Also my wife was bitten by bed bugs in the bed. I have pictures to proof it.
