Arrived with my prepaid reservation and they did not honor your deal, then refused to refund my reservation! Preposterous! I will never ever stay in a hotel from that chain. Additionally, I had to speak with a supervisor from Expedia to have my reservation refunded. Not only I have to pay twice as much in another hotel, but also I had to deal with this situation while trying to enjoy my trip. This really spoiled my journey.
