This clean and straightforward space is perfect for rest, featuring two beds and a refrigerator. Enjoy ample space at a more affordable rate compared to hotels! Most disgusting and disturbing place

First of all, the property was not clean at all. They had trash and debris under and behind the couches. There was a very fowl smell. They have cockroaches and spiders. There was cobwebs in almost every corner, some where actually huge. The beds had hair and debris in them. The tiny “dinning table” is being held up by a bed frame piece with a stack of wood linoleum material holding it into place. They had a hole in the wall and covered it up with a welcome sign that is partially covered by the couch. I’m probably leaving out a few other disgusting details of this place but you get the drift. I took pictures and videos, sent them to the Reality Company that owns/rents the property, their response was we have it cleaned every time but we will check into it. Nah, they just don’t care and cut every corner possible. Don’t stay here!! You will 1000% regret it!!!

Upon arrival the apartment was not very clean we found dirt in the beds and on the counters garbage in the garbage can the lawn was severely overgrown several pieces of broken furniture including a broken TV and glass on the floor from the TV.

Enjoyable and Inexpensive barn style rental.

The property is in a rural scenic setting. However, In about a mile is a large grocery store , gas station, car cleaning business.Your shopping will be easy. The house is a large two floor space with a full bathroom. The house could sleep 6 people.This is a great deal for a family ,wedding party or a group of college kids. The house has 3 heaters and 2 window cooling units which are adequate. All in a country setting.
