The staff is very friendly and very welcoming. Overall, it was nice and quiet. I barely heard anyone in the rooms around me. The was very confortable and I loved that we got both firm and soft pillows. I've never been to a hotel that did that. The manager does a free BBQ cookout on Tuesday evenings for all the guests too. I thought that was a really nice touch.I come to Janesville periodically and I will definitely keep this place in mind for the future.

Great family stay!

We came up for a weekend with our 2 grandkids (3 and 5 yrs old). Mainly we came to swim and use the hot tub. It was an absolute hit. The rooms were comfortable, the shower was super, the breakfast was better than I expected (great variety). The staff was just excellent. Well done- we will be back.

Excellent customer service

Room was comfortable. Staff was lovely. Reasonably priced. Room had fridge anf microwave. Big TV. (Did not watch so not sure about channels.) Good amont of sapace in room with a nice sized desk. Very good breakfast options. I have a gluten allergy and dont expect accommodation for it, but they did have fruit, eggs and yogurt that i can safely eat. A lot of options for those that are allergy free. Will definately stay again.
