I never do reviews, but this one could not go unmentioned! The description of the room was not at all what I got. The photos of the rooms on their website make the rooms look bright, clean and welcoming. That is not at all what I was given. They gave me a patio room, which I would have been fine with, but this room was so dark, even with all the curtain open on the small window looking out at the river and all lights on. I was in the room for a few minutes when I heard people talking (and not loudly) from the room next door and it like I sitting next to them I could hear every word. I called the phone number the front desk provided and found that it was an answering service. When I told the woman that I could hear everything from the room next door she offered no response and when I asked if there was another room available, she told me she thought the hotel was full. I tried to make the best of it. But as I started to get ready for the evenings festivities, I started to notice the cobwebs and bugs crawling around on the ceiling. I was so looking forward to a lovely bright room with a balcony and a view and got a dark dirty corner. Needless to say I will never stay there again and will not recommend this place to anyone.

Clean rooms, courteous staff. Like the room very much, but the bathroom was ridiculously small. Had a river side sweet, with balcony, all good but the closet sized bathroom was very inconvenient. Did not expect a small bathroom in a suite.

Very nice property. My only complaint was that there wasn't a spot for me to sit and charge my phone in the lobby area, which is really just a couch by the front desk. I'm an early riser and the restaurant wasn't open and people were still sleeping in my room.
