a lot of things broking in the room, cracked by the jacuzzi, smells of cigarette bad in the hallway on top and smelt like marijuana all downstairs! other that it’s fine didn’t use jacuzzi much at all beside for about 10 minutes due to black stuff coming out from a piece by the jacuzzi

Loud noises in the hallway at 2 am. Even after repeatedly telling the staff, no serious action was taken. Don't have the facility to hold luggage. No bathing gel in the room. No phone in the room.

The hotel was very clean! We used the pool and hot tub. Pool temperature was fairly warm and hot tub was hot as you would expect. Our room was clean and beds comfortable. Both evening and morning staff were friendly. We will stay here again when going through the Dells.
