We reserved 2 rooms for 2 nights for a family outing. We packed up and left at 330am the first night. A large group who reserved majority of hotel were very disrespctful and staff did nothing to control it. The lobby and both upper floors dmrlt strongly of pot. The groups congregated in the halls.... being loud.... screaming kids.... pounding on our door and barking dogs. My daughter with a 4 yr lld and 1.5 yr old did not feel safe and when the rucus woke th kids up at 3am.... we packed up and left. Thd manager at front desk was nothing short of rude. Hos comment " You can call jesus...you wont get a refjnd". Is totalky rediculous. We spent 6 hours in our rooms. Didng get to.use the pool snd it ruined a great trip planned. I will never stay here again. They let large groups run the llace and total.disregard to.other guests. nothing to control it. The lobby and both upper floors smelt so st

When booking on expedia, the hotel stated that waterpark tickets were included in the price. When we asked about this, i was told they were $21 more a day to go. I was offered to sit through a time share to get free tickets. Very frustrating as i would have booked the Aloha where we had a wonderful room at 2 months prior. When we got into our room, the tv was tilted 25 degrees or so. I filled out the how is your room form. I put a comment about the tv and within 5 minutes had a worker asking to come in the room. Good and bad, I thought he was going to cause the tv to fall. It was annoying because i wanted to be able to relax and would have preferred a more hone call. Tv was not fixed. Breakfast was good but the staff did not know how to handle a full hotel. We did not eat the breakfast the last night because of the staff being frustrated with other family's kids. The second day, we took our breakfast back to the room.

The desk clerk was very busy and she was the only one. I I waited over 15 minutes to check in. She was on the phone. And there were two other people waiting behind me. They just had some questions so I let them go ahead of me. There were a couple of big groups of people there so it was pretty noisy

Front desk staff was not professional at all. We found a not so pleasant surprise on our balcony and not only did it take the gentleman over 3 hours to take care of it, but instead of saying I’m so sorry we’ll be right in to take care of it, he responded with swear words and told us to just clean it up and throw it in a garbage bag. Will never stay at this hotel again.
