This hotel was a complete disappointment. The room was outdated and in terrible shape-scratched-up furniture, a broken bathroom window, and a filthy, chipped tub full of mold. It was noisy at all hours, and the service was just as bad. What made it worse is that the photos online are completely misleading. What we walked into looked nothing like what was advertised. When you're spending that kind of money to visit Hawaii, you expect at least basic cleanliness and comfort. This wasn't it. l'll be posting photos so others can see the truth before they book.I have photos to confirm.

This property was perfect for our stay. We are coffee people and the keurig was perfect. Took local city bus to Walmart and purchased coffee supplies.. mornings on the lanai are the best.. it was within walking distance of the beach and many shops.. the continental breakfast wasn’t too bad, I mean we definitely didn’t go hungry and i would certainly stay there again. 😊

Great price for a great location

After discussing many locations, we chose this for the price & its 2 min walk to Waikiki Beach. There was not 1 disappointed person our 8 person group during our 2 night stay. Our 2-bed room was comfortable with a decent balcony containing 2 chairs & a small table. The room included a mini fridge & the shower had hot water with good water pressure. There was a free breakfast buffet with some different choices: fried rice, "chef's choice" for eggs (1 morning was hard boiled while another was deviled eggs) & salad. But cereal, toast, pastries & yogurt are available, along with fresh melons & pineapple, juices & coffee. Another restaurant is in the lobby with more bacon & eggs type dishes (guests get 15% off). Go up a block if you want fast food or another local restaurant. There is also a "microwave room" if needed. The front desk were wonderful, especially upon check-in. While getting our rooms, they gave us small, cold bottles of water to drink while we adjusted to the weather. They answered our questions & were able to keep our luggage for a few hours prior to our departure ($2 a bag). We agreed that if we came back, we would select this hotel again.

We enjoyed our stay and will probably stay there again. It's a nice hotel just a small block from the beach. We had an ocean view corner room 15 th floor. Just 200 a night instead of 400. Rated as a 3 star hotel but closerto a 4 I'd say. Close to a multitude of shops and restaurants. You can rent a car on site, there's a convenience store. A tour guide desk. A quaint bar. A breakfast restaurant. Free continental breakfast. Pool, beach towels. And a really nice open air lobby.

Parking is very expensive. Keep your ticket that you get when you check in, because you need it to leave the parking area after you check out. Tub/shower is small = 4’ x 3.5’
