"I loved the staff. They made the kids and I feel like we were home. The room was excellent. The service in all the shops and restaurants was top tier. Delicious food. We are already planning our next trip, because of Shawn. The kids loved him. Super nice man. Overall excellent atmosphere."

"Everything was amazing! Except…that might be the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on, with basic, uncomfortable pillows. My back hurt for an entire day. Everything else, incredible. The food, the staff, the architecture…wow. Just get new beds. I will probably come back to stay the night, but I will just need to bring my own mattress topper. Also, Kat in the breakfast cafe is exceptional!"

"Breakfast buffet had some good choices and REAL half and half! Really appreciated that. I was also able to use their computer, which was helpful when my phone wouldn’t allow me to check in for my flight."

"Leading up to the trip communication was amazing. I thought the staff at the desk was pleasant & helpful. And the hotel is beautiful & clean. Our only complaint was the shuttle. We followed the information provided for using it & were told upon arrival at the airport that we would need to wait as the driver had to leave due to “a pilot pick up”. We didn’t understand but at that point we waited an additional 45 minutes to get transportation back to the hotel. At the end of our stay we checked at the desk & again at the transportation station to assure our return to the airport would be on time. We planned for additional time to be able to allow for any delays & checked in at the transportation station at 1:45pm for the 2:05pm shuttle- after numerous conversations with staff & waiting for “the pilots” we were told “the pilots are the priority.” We finally left for the airport at 2:45 but had to go to UPS first. We made our flight but it took a hussle to do so. While we understand business & partnerships- maybe it would be better to not provide an hourly scheduled shuttle service. We booked specifically because this hotel offered that amenity. If it’s not available, just don’t offer it to customers. And you certainly shouldn’t tell your customers that they are not your priority."
