"We liked the clean room. We didn't like the lack of parking. The restaurant was a big disappointment. There were signs up saying they has a full service restaurant. But when we went in the first thing we were told was there were no buns for hamburgers.There wasn't a big selection anyway. So we ordered chicken wings and salad. But no salad . But The restaurant was set up very nicely. When we went down for coffee the next morning....no creamer. The staff was friendly but not overly concerned about the shortages except for the waitress. She was very embarrassed to have to say no to our requests. We always stay with Holiday Inn when traveling and have always been pleased until this time."

"Overall the hotel was nice but the room they gave me was raggedy.. it was hair in the tub and the sink that was not mine.. the door barely open and close. They said they had a hot tub online that was a lie there was no hot tub nor was there any complimentary breakfast. You get what you pay for I guess last time booking there.. SMH they need to do better with the money they're making off of people with their rooms there was no microwave the freezer barely froze anything.. 6/10 for my stay"

"VERY NOISY from street and entrance ramp to highway, and hotel’s outside seating area! I had a two night stay and should have more curious about the earplugs placed on the bed as I entered the room. I was JOLTED away from a nap on arrival and asked to be moved to another room. When I mentioned the noise to the front desk, the woman responded “I don’t know anything about the noise up there, I’m never in the rooms”…yet, did I mention there were earplugs!?? When the male brought up a key to switch rooms, he warned “if you’re complaining about the noise on that side, the sound on this side will be worse,” when he showed that room, NO SURPRISE, there lay earplugs in that room too. I expected at least a conversation at checkout. ‘How was your stay’? I even recorded the sound to play, if they asked…they didn’t! …CRICKETS!!!!!! The absolute WORSE stay ever! I will not return, and unless you can sleep through 1:30-2:30am roaring motorcycles, loud sounding cars, sirens and the late night (well after “quite hours”) parties outside, RUN to another property! Property itself was good, breakfast was decent, if you catch it early. Wish I could have enjoyed it."

"When you come into the complex, the outside parking lot has a lot lots of debris. It could be picked up but inside the building it was very beautiful little bit noisy due to all the kids and enjoying themselves and stuff like that but overall, I’ll give you a thumb up."
