Know the difference!
Evolve and the property manager for them was amazing! Thank goodness she answers her phone! It was a great stay but did not start that way. Upon arriving you have to go into the building and check in and pay for parking. Parking is not included in your online reservation. It is 35 plus tax, which I was prepared to pay. But when we got there, nobody was at the front desk, which made me concerned that my car was gonna get towed in the meantime it probably took an hour or so for someone to arrive. There was no phone number and no way to contact anybody you just had to wait once the girl arrived. I noticed on the sign they head out set a 10.83 charge for pets. I informed her I already paid the Pet deposit online and she said that had nothing to do with them. So now you’re paying an additional charge directly to whoever owns that building on top of the 50 I had already paid and that is per Pet then she said she needed rabies shots. Nobody told us that then it was no we’re on the listing and like I said, thank God the property manager answers her phone. I called her. She said she had no idea anything about that and she did not know about the extra fee. So she called the owner of the property and the owner of the property called the front desk and they were able to get it squared away, but they ended up taking a few hours out of our day. Everything else was amazing. The pool wasn’t used hardly by anybody and it was so nice being right across the street from the beach!
