From the moment you wake up in the morning, you can take in the beach views. When you are ready to get out and enjoy the sand and surf, just follow your private walkway to the shore.

You'll love the open floor plan with plush leather furniture in the living room and home chefs will appreciate the beautiful gourmet kitchen. On the balcony, trendy patio furniture offers the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the epic views. We are one of the few homes that have a privacy/wind wall on both sides of the patio. The parking area and staircase are also covered, which comes in handy on a rainy day.

ABOUT THE HOUSE

A wall of windows across the front of the house allows you to enjoy the gulf views from the posh living room, kitchen, and master suite. Lounge on the leather sectional or chaise while watching the 60" flat-screen TV. An electric fireplace creates a warm ambiance on cool winter nights.

Brew yourself a cup of joe at the coffee/wine bar equipped with a Keurig machine. A chef's dream, the kitchen boasts white quartz countertops, beadboard cabinets, and stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge. The center island offers extra prep space and seating. This home is equipped with all the cooking utensils you need to whip up a fresh gourmet meal for family and friends.

The dining table sits in front of picture windows overlooking the water. The adjacent high-top bar/game table seats two more guests and there are also three seats around the island. Pour yourself a drink and head out to the balcony, where you can listen to the relaxing waves and enjoy the ocean breezes.

The home sleeps eight guests total in four bedrooms.

The luxurious master bedroom has a king bed, water views, a 50" flat-screen TV and an electric fireplace. The stunning en-suite bathroom boasts a dual vanity, a spacious walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet.

Decorated with sleek black and white bedding, the second bedroom has a comfy king-size bed. The third bedroom comes with a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom has a king bed. These rooms share a full bath with a subway-tiled tub/shower combination and a powder room.

Additional amenities include a charcoal grill, an outdoor dining table on the balcony, an outdoor shower, a fenced yard facing the beach, driveway parking for four cars, beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys. Amenities inside include wifi, a full-size washer/dryer, Keurig, board games, and a TV in every room.

Please be aware that this home does not allow parties of any kind, pets of any kind, or occupancy over 8 people at any time.

Please note: This property has outdoor security cameras at all entrances. All security cameras are turned off upon guest check-in. We DO NOT make exceptions for pets as many guests rent this home who have pet allergies.

THE LOCATION

When you want to cook dinner in, stock up on supplies from the Sea Isle Supermarket (3 minutes). If you want someone else to do the cooking, several restaurants are just up the road, including the West End Restaurant and Nate's West End Seafood & Steaks.

Ready for an adrenaline rush? Brave the exciting water slides at Schlitterbahn Water Park, just 23 minutes away. Moody Gardens (25 minutes) mixes fun and education with rides, exhibits, and attractions like an aquarium and 3D theater.

Jamaica Beach Community Pool: Located 7 miles from Beachfront Bliss at 16721 Jolly Roger, Jamaica Beach, TX 77554, this pool is ideal for guests staying at Beachfront Bliss.
Lasker Community Pool: Situated at 2016 43rd St, Galveston, TX 77550, Lasker Community Pool is just half a mile from Sapphire Shells and 3 miles from Turquoise Shells.
You will receive an email with links to both pools in your check-in instructions. Please review the information for pool hours, fees, and other important details as they may vary throughout the year.

ALL RENTERS AGREE TO FOLLOW THESE RULES TO BOOK THIS HOUSE:
1. The rental agreement needs to be filled out within 48 hours of booking this home and a copy of a valid government-issued ID will need to be uploaded as a file when filling out the rental agreement (per insurance requirements). The rental agreement will be emailed to you immediately after booking if you book on an online booking site. You risk being canceled if you do not take care of this step within 48 hours.
2. This home has a strict NO SMOKING and NO EVENTS/PARTY POLICY
3. Maximum number of guests is 8 and limited to only those listed on the rental agreement.
4. Minimum age of primary renter is 25
5. Any cancellations with a refund will incur a 5% cancellation fee.
