- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

Cute studio unit, perfect for a couple and one child. Check-in was easy and they even had the unit ready a little before checkin time. Close to the Seawall. Not many places to dry clothes, and no stove/oven. The shower was large and had great water pressure.

Check in process was easy enough, though we didn’t use the kitchen it was well stocked with everything we would’ve needed to cook a meal there. The parking wasn’t the greatest, other people make parking in that first spot difficult every time. I gave it a 3 star of location and neighborhood because the location we were in apparently floods the porch when it rains and getting luggage too and from room 1 when the stairs are at the other end of the property wasn’t an easy task, especially when there’s 3” of standing water right outside the door. Overall it fit our needs for what we were needing on our stay.

This property is not what is listed. The photos are doctored. When we arrive shortly after 4pm we noticed a window open and two ac running. One ac is portable with hose to windo, the other is mini split. There was a faint musty smell, didn’t think much thought maybe due to window being left open. So we closed window, left our thing and headed out for evening, dinner and activities. Returned back at 9:30pm and opened door and very stong, musty, sulfuric, mildewy smell. Bathroom hot. Messaged host and notified, asked for different unit and told no other available. No offering of solution, just thank for letting us know. The smell was horrible and no one should have to deal with that. I sent message to host, said we can not stay there with this smell. We made decision to find other accommodations notified the host we were leaving, not staying. We requested a refund and still have not received a response offering anything due to situation. Was told by host need to notify owner. I have sent request for status with no response. I contacted VRBO with no real assistance other than offering to notify host of situation. We have used many VRBO in past with no issues, so I am very bothered that VRBO is not doing more to help resolve this at this time. I advise anyone to avoid any dealing with this location or any BeachBox Rentals

Good for one night

Space is small. Maybe meant for just a couple. Beds were so uncomfortable. Couldn't sleep comfortably because mattress hurt our backs. There was a constant heat in the restroom. Manager was nice to communicate with.
