THE SPACE
In the "Heart" of Hollywood Beach, in a Historic Building 1930's with fully updated interiors. NOT a big high rise building! Just steps to the beach, shops, restaurants, Margaritaville....and all the other things that Hollywood Beach has to offer!

Parking lot is compact and can not accommodate large trucks longer than 16.5 ft on the property. There is a city parking garage 1 block away for trucks
Guest access
Access South Florida attractions from one of the best beaches around! Most places 30 min away, South Beach, Downtown Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Hard Rock, Gulfstream & Jai Alai Casino's...... and so many other area attractions. Only 15 min away fro the Ft. Lauderdale airport and Port Everglades!

Please NOTE: the Association does NOT allow vehicles over 16 feet in length that cause difficulty for parking access and you may NOT be allowed to park on-site. Please note refunds or cancellations once your stay begins will NOT be issued for this situation.

Please NOTE: Guests must rinse off all clothing, beach chairs, etc prior to entering the condo apartment to avoid sand inside the unit that will damage the real wood floors. Any sand left in the unit that causes damage to the wood floors will be deducted from the Airbnb Security deposit.

Please DO NOT wet the wood floors or leave wet clothes on the wood floors to avoid warping.

Cute, clean spot on the intracoastal

Loved this property. Cute 2nd floor studio/1br overlooking the intracoastal on the quiet side of the building. Well maintained wood floors and a useful kitchenette. Better maintained than many other places I have stayed on Hollywood beach. Two small drawbacks: it’s across A1A, so you have to Frogger across hectic traffic to get to the beach and broadwalk, and since the bed is a (very comfortable) Murphy bed, there is a gap at the head where pillows fall through and you can’t sit up to read.
