Welcome to your new home away from home! Located 1 mile from the beach and 3 miles from Downtown Las Olas, you are choosing the right spot! Very large heated pool in an even larger private backyard. King size bed in master and 2 full size beds in 2 rooms as well as 2 large sofa beds for all guests! 3 bathrooms, 6 smart TVs including a 70 inch flatscreen in living room and 55 inch in backyard!

About this space: Over 2000 sq. ft large open format home. Open the front doors to find a comfy game room with a pool table right before you enter a very large living room. Living room has 2 separate brand new sofa sectionals that both turn into beds if needed. 70 inch smart TV + Netflix included placed above a state of the art fire pit. Open kitchen plan allows interaction with guests and entertainment while cooking/eating. Master bedroom has large King size bed, wall to wall closet, floor to ceiling mirrors, smart tv and a private bathroom. 2 separate bedrooms include 2 full size beds in each room, smart TV, closet space, and an attached bathroom for each of them (2). As you exit to the back you will find the main attraction of the home~ the backyard. Backyard is fully fenced in for privacy, includes a very large heated pool with seating areas for all guests to enjoy the south florida sun. Under a covered roof, enjoy 3 couches facing a large flat screen smart TV for additional entertainment. Additionally, outside area includes a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and space for extra towels, sheets, cleaning supplies, etc. Outside includes a grill, basketball pool hoop, floaties, and cornhole.

Good spot in a good neighbourhood close to beaches

House was just as advertised It was well appointed with everything we needed. Living room and kitchen formed a large open concept area which was great for our group. Only thing that anyone complained about was that the pillows on the beds were not that comfortable There is also a $20 dollar a day fee to heat the pool if it is required. This was not mentioned in the ad. We did not require heating as temperature of the pool was fine due to a warm spell

Upon arrival, we found the property sparkling clean inside. The living room/kitchen area was spacious and the seating was comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The backyard and pool were a great deal of fun and comfortable. Ricky, the host, was easy to contact for any questions we had and he was very friendly. We would definitely book the property again.
