room was clean. but we had to check in at a different adress which we did not know. after check in we got to the room and no towels and no toilet paper. we had to go again nobody was answering the phone. also when booking a kitchen there should be cups and ustensil ect. there was nothing in not even coffee. you had to get dress and walk 2 streets down. i like my coffee before i start the days. that was a negative for me.

The address for the hotel I booked is inaccurate. It led to one building, but check in was all the way around the corner and down the street. The room is in rough shape and doesn’t look anything like the pictures of the place I booked. The area is decent and a close walk to the beach and activities, but from a lodging standpoint, this is well below the standard I am accustomed to and well short of the pictures and description of the room I booked.

No clean towels. They do not clean the room. They didn’t bring me extra blankets and they didn’t provide me heat because I was cold. They also didn’t provide me extra blankets. They never changed my towels. They lied about the pool. They lied about coming to fix the AC I had no choice but to leave no hangers and they don’t answer their phone. If you complain they’ll just quit answering the phone altogether from your phone number.

Great location and view!! Few steps from ocean, Building is old but has big room. Great for big group it was spacious enough for 7 people. Big bed with big kitchen. Cons: Not enough kitchen utensils. Will stay again for our next trip!!

Worse of the worst.

Where should I start..check in office manages about 5 other hotels. Had no idea office was about a mile away. Walked over with all my luggage and the receptionist ignored me. Waited about 30 minutes for attention. Finally tracked back the mile to our room and it was upstairs with no elevator. They are very unprofessional and obviously never learned customer service skills. Nothing close by to grab a bite to eat. This has to be the worse experience with booking a hotel on Hotels.com.
