Lauderdale minutes from the Beach, Las Olas, Downtown, Broward Convention Center, mall, Wilton Manors and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood Airport! Over 3000 sqft of living space overlooking the pool and scenic lake! The perfect getaway vacation 2 family compound!

The Space:
This home consists of 3 adjoining units with separate entrances that will be rented all together. Units A & B, each have 2BR/2Ba and Unit C is a bedroom with a en suite full bathroom. This layout is perfect for large groups who want to stay close together but still enjoy individual privacy in their units.

If you are interested in renting any of these separately, contact me for more info or you may find the listings here on Airbnb! We also have 2 other private pool homes in the same neighborhood available for rent. Ask me for more details!

Guest Access:
Driveway parking is free. 4 cars max fit in the driveway and gravel. The garage is NOT accessible by guests as it is private storage for the owners.

The Neighborhood:
This property is conveniently located in the highly desirable community of Lake Ridge off of Sunrise and US1. The location is attractive for travelers because of its close proximity to Las Olas, Downtown, Beaches, Wilton Manors, Galleria Mall, and a multitude of restaurants and retail shops.

Lots of space and privacy

Overall our stay was lovely and the listing was as advertised. We rented two of the apartments located at the property. We were 3 couples and a single friend traveling together so it was nice for everyone to have their own bathrooms and personal space but with easy access to the entire group. It was nice to have a Publix nearby. There were some attention to detail issues from a housekeeping standpoint but nothing egregious. The toilet bowl in unit A with access to the patio door “screams” when you flush it and while it refills. It’s pretty impressive. The largest negative was the outdoor space. The pool was nice enough but the furniture is begging to be thrown away and put out of its misery. For 6k+ a week it seems like investing in new stuff would be worth it if it’s going to continue to be used as a rental.
