About this space
Industrial farmhouse inspired home tucked in amongst the pines, situated along I-40 and close to the I-17 interchange. Enjoy all Flagstaff has to offer, just a short drive to NAU and downtown Flagstaff. Gather together to enjoy some quality time playing a round of ping pong, giant sized connect 4, video arcade or sit down to a good movie on the 65” big screen TV featuring Disney+. Or start up a fire in the outside fire pit and talk about your days great adventures.
The space
All 6 TV's feature: Disney+, Netflix, Hulu, Sling and ESPN.
Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash along with fresh towels. A hair dryer is also available.
The Kitchen has been supplied with everything you'll need to whip up your favorite meals.. blender, pots, pans, mixing bowls, serving plates and bowls and plenty of dishes.
There is a variety of different spices and Avocado Oil is available for cooking and sautéing.
The Coffee Bar features gourmet coffee, tea and sugar.
The Game Room or "fun Room" features lots of different games and activities. A large and comfy sectional to watch a movie on the big screen TV!
Outside you'll find comfortable seating situated around the fire pit under the Pines!
Other things to note
Parking can be anywhere on the cement driveway or rocks along side of driveway if needed.
Only restriction on parking is directly in front of garage/cottage under address numbers.
And no overnight street parking October 1st through April 1st per city rules

Exactly what was advertised. Perfect for me, wife, and 5 kids; 3 of whom are adults. Easy access to all of Flagstaff, the only negative is that the home is set back pretty far in a neighborhood, if you are looking for walkability to campus or town, thos isn't it. Very easy drive to anywhere in 10-minutes or less. Julie answered all messages promptly and really made my family and I feel welcome; which was a huge stress relief as we were in town celebrating our daughter's wedding 10 minutes away.

This home had plenty of space for our family. The grandkids loved the game room. This was where they spent most of their time. The hosts were very accommodating and were quick to answer our questions. The home was well supplied and we were able to find everything we needed. We would love to stay here again.

We had a great stay! We will be booking this one again for our annual trip to Flagstaff! Pros - Location (also a con) - quite street, couples walking and dog walkers. 5 mins to little hotel America, 30 mins to Bearzona & Grand Canyon Deer Farm Big enough for 2 families of 4 each Stocked & decorated just like home Game room is great for all ages - I think the adults had more fun than the kids Backyard - fenced in- bring the 4 legs! They will love talking to the neighbor dogs Quick hot water & good water pressure - so nice after being cold all day Comfy beds & plenty of places to take a nap or watch a movie Extra linens & towels TVs in all the rooms with all the streaming apps Cons - Big step for the front door Uneven pathway - our little guy tripped a lot Backs up to the I-17 so you can hear the traffic - they have sound machines in the room to help with sleeping. Our little dude said “this house scares me I hear wolves howling” he meant the traffic. It was sweet. Mild cosmetic wall repairs are needed

Wonderful Home in the Pines

We enjoyed our stay at this home and loved everything that it had to offer. Located in a quiet neighborhood just south of I-40, the home was very spacious with plenty of beds. Even though the freeway is roughly 100 yards behind the house, the traffic noise was not heard from inside the house, and only faintly in the backyard. The kitchen was fully stocked and ready for our use! We loved staying here and will definitely book this home again in the future!
