"Beautiful hotel however the TVs weren’t working properly. The pool with the rooftop bar was not open during stay. Also the room got pretty hot at night despite the AC being on the lowest setting. Hotel was clean, staff were respectful, and location was great."

"The aesthetics of the hotel were very beautiful, stylish, and hip. The staff was nice, and the downstairs lobby bar had a fun atmosphere. Overall, the hotel itself was nice. My only issue was with the room view. I booked a king room with a city view and was under the impression that I would at least be able to see the street from my room. Instead, the view overlooked the backs of other hotels and buildings, including air conditioning units and service areas. I also didn’t think the minibar setup was necessary. The beverage fridge was stocked with bar items, which felt unnecessary, especially since there’s a grocery store and drugstore directly across the street in New Orleans. That space could have been better used for a microwave or an empty mini fridge for guests to store their own beverages and snacks. The upstairs bar and pool area were nice but very small. If you want a good spot by the pool, you definitely need to get there early. Despite those things, I still enjoyed the hotel and thought it had a great vibe overall."
