The room was cleaned and looked just like the pictures. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was okay. Nothing over the top but it was fine and the dining area was kept clean. I would stay here again.

I do NOT recommend this hotel. When we arrived to our room, it had a smell to it, like how it smells when somewhere is humid with a lot of moisture in the air. The beds were horrible. You can feel the springs dig in your back and hips. We tossed and turned all night long. We also saw a couple of dark colored small bugs on the couch bed that had us very concerned. The toilet also stopped working on us. The walls are paper thin. The second night there were hotel guest next door that were extremely loud all night. The front desk did knock on their door and tell them the quiet down, but they continued. At 4:30am I finally couldn’t take it anymore and called the front desk. They immediately came and had the guest completely leave. They did not play, they took it very serious and made sure that the situation was completely handled. I gave two stars because of the great customer service. The staff was extremely nice and friendly, they took care of people next door, and they came right away when we told them about the toilet not working. Their breakfast was also very good. Always a different option daily and they kept things stocked until the very end so that late sleepers would still have breakfast available. The breakfast area was also kept very clean. Great hotel staff, but hotel needs a LOT of updates and changes in the rooms asap!

I stayed here twice because I felt that as a solo traveler this was a great option for safety, parking a car, and long days. It was a great spot to land for my work trips on a budget.

This was our 3rd stay here (our go-to hotel before we board our cruise out of New Orleans) and not only this stay, but all 3 stays have been great! Friendly staff with excellent service! Beds were very comfortable, rooms really nice and clean and property kept in top notch shape! Will definitely stay again the next time we come to New Orleans!
