The air conditioning did not work the first night. Maintenance fixed it the next morning but then the heater did not work the last night. It was too late for me to call and have them fix as we were packing to leave anyway. The bathroom smelled of raw sewage the first night. No water pressure for shower.

Booked two rooms for family of four. $50 security deposit was required for each person and only partially refunded with no explanation of the charge (no damage was done to either room). In addition, the A/C did not cool properly in one of the rooms . Will not be staying at a Holiday Inn in the future.

Front desk was excellent! Guest super friendly!! Housekeeping Aggravating!!! Check out at 12pm housekeeping banging on the door at 10:46am! I tell her check out at 12 she tells me 11! I proceeded to call the front desk to ask them what time was check out again and she said 12 so I need back down. Add 11:15 AM here goes another housekeeper. I told her immediately check out is at 12 she says no rush!

The desk staff was friendly. I just needed a place to sleep and shower. It could have been cleaner but wasn't too bad. There was a finger nail between the mattress and base but no bugs. The toilet paper is 1 ply. Nothing luxury but it fit my needs. I would have rated this a 4 but I ate breakfast in the restaurant. Wow what awful service. Why do I need to hunt someone down for a plate, then a drink. And then to pay my bill. Put your phone down and help your guests
