The room was terrible.Ceiling had water stains . The handles in the shower were loose and full of calcium. Terrible parking spaces. Side doors were exit only and we had to park on the side of the hotel , walk to the front, then all the way to our room.

I had 2 rooms with family and was there for a major surgery in town. We had 2 rooms. Ours was a king and the other was 2 queens with my son,his wife and baby. I had to leave at 4am to be in the hospital for 2 major surgeries. My son and family was still sleeping, and my husband wanted a extra nite for1 room. The worker at the counter was with someone and i didnt have time to wait but had a quick rebooking question. I had booked both rooms thru hotel.com anyway i told her tge other room would be checking out at 11 and i wanted to book anothe nite but wasnt sure if my husband wanted tge queens or the king and how did i add the night since i pd thru hotel com? She said write your number down and what room you want and it will just chage me for that rm again. So my husband drops me off at hospital and goes back to add room. Its 730am. Theypreceded to tell my husband i checked out. I left the keys. Which he had. I never had them and my son was sleeping with theirs. The worker told him he was lying! He said ill show u the keys and go get my sons. No one has checked out. Tge theanager twll him she believes her worker!! And then says theyneed to get up and check out because they were fighting and needed to leave! Which was BULL he is a new otr truck druver and had been gone 3mnth from his family. They never fight. They may says words ever once in a while but who doesnt? And hello im gettin both kidneys removed 8hr surgery. Dangerous! We have stayed here many times and NEVER AGAIN!

Honestly, my personal stay was okay at best. The hotel was older but clean for the most part. The halls smelled of weed which can be bothersome for people. Someone who traveled with us had another room on the floor above. Their room smelled of mildew. First room they were given had a dehumidifier in it and no AC. Another person traveling with us with a different reservation got turned away because their room was given away- and they were offered nothing. The hotel had a good price and location, but be aware of these existing issues.
