Enjoyed our stay here for 4-nights. Short, 20 minute walk to most major attractions such as the St. Charles Streetcar, Bourbon Street, WWII Museum, Cafe du Monde, plenty of restaurant options, bars, etc. Also, 202 airport bus drops off practically across the street. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and felt like a safe area.

The property was very nice. The fact that you can only access elevators to rooms with your room key was a great added security. They have a bar on grounds as well as a restaurant that serves really nice food. I did not like the fact that every time that we took a shower there was noisy hum coming from the shower area. The was nice and hot as long as you don’t have a problem with the hum. Over all I would give this hotel a 9.

The parking area Is really safe the rooms were very clean the soap smelled really nice the employees were so friendly and helpful I had trouble with the parking but was assured the problem would be resolved and it was. I will definitely stay there again!

The staff was amazing and very welcoming. I loved Amy the bartender! And the restaurant staff was great! The security staff even went out of their way many times. I really appreciated the pool area too, so clean and nice and comfortable. The rooms were average but comfortable. Found out the hard way there's no freezer in the room fridge :P.

Love staying here when attending functions at the Ceasars Superdome and Smoothie King Center. Easy to walk there from this location. Rooms always clean and comfortable. My only gripe this time was the air conditioner. When it cut on it sounded like a Harley Davidson motorcycle for about 45 seconds. Then it would mellow out. As you could imagine it made sleeping hard. But other than that everything was good

Location!! Always saw personnel around which made you feel safe. Restaurant served a great breakfast about $20 unless you get the rate with coupon. Bus line at main library across from the hotel. Trolley line was about a block to canal st. Rooftop pool and gym on 8th floor. LOVED OUR STAY!!
