The private home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, open concept living, dining, kitchen and a large in ground pool fully enclosed in a brand new lenai. The home is located in a quiet subdivision of beautiful SW Cape Coral, FL, a perfect location for families and couples.
The home is roughly 30 min from Fort Myers Airport and Punta Gorda Airport. Very easy access to beaches, attractions, shopping, live music and nearby bars and restaurants.
Our home is the perfect location for families or couples. The home is a well maintained one story home making it easy for anyone to get around. We provide Hi-speed internet that is efficient for work/school while on vacation. With 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a large open concept living, dining and kitchen, there is plenty of space for everyone. The pool is surrounded by a fully enclosed and screened lenai, keeping those pesky bugs astray. We have two lovely outdoor seating areas making it easy to enjoy a meal outside or to sit back and relax. The backyard is nicely landscaped creating a great amount of privacy and the perfect tropical charm.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a home cooked meal. We have a large dining table that seats 6, two bar seats and another large high top table that seats 4. We have a grill as well to make a tasty BBQ dinner.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, large walk in closet and a private bathroom. The second guest room has a queen bed. The third guest room features a bunk bed with a full size bottom bunk and twin top bunk. Perfect for kids! The second bathroom has two large vanities, a walk in shower and access directly to the pool area, making it easy to use the restroom while enjoying the pool without having to track wet feet through the house! Each bedroom has its own TV with access to online streaming networks such as Netflix. The living room sectional has a queen size pull out bed as well. We have a washer and dryer for guest’s convenience, start each day with fresh cleaned clothes!
We have provided 6 beach chairs, coolers and beach bags to make it easy to enjoy a beach day. We also provide a large bag of kid’s beach toys including pale, shovels, etc. Cape Coral features its own beach roughly 5 min away. Fort Myers Beach is roughly 20 min away. Rent a boat for the day and take a gorgeous ride directly to Fort Myers beach to enjoy the soft white sand and water!
There is a camera on the exterior of the front of the house to capture who is entering and exiting the home. There is a camera on the exterior of the back of the house for liability and safety purposes of the pool, and to make sure there is no theft of the outdoor furniture. The garage is also not available for guest use
