Bring a boat (or rent one nearby) and tie up at your private dock. Discover upscale restaurants and shops at nearby Tarpon Marina and Cape Harbour as well as golfing less than a half-mile away.

Two stylish sofas set the scene for relaxation and comfort in the living area. In the evening, settle in to stream shows on the smart TV. Prepare fresh meals in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring new granite countertops and an array of helpful appliances and gadgets. While dinner simmers, perch with a crisp drink at the kitchen bar with seating for two. Gather for mealtime around the six-person dining table. Start the day with fresh coffee in the screened-in porch. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV. Rest peacefully in the primary suite, complete with an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Kick back amidst the serene waterfront scene on the dock, featuring seating for two or more. Take a provided kayak out for a pleasant paddle along the canal. Tie off your boat at the private dock. Head out to explore the freshwater canal system (which does not lead to the Gulf). Keep mealtime simple with a cookout on the gas grill. The private pool is screened with a waiting ledge and fountain. It is solar-heated and located in the back lanai.

THINGS TO KNOW

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: The boat dock is 20 feet long and 13 feet wide. A boat lift is not available.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
