Mountain Creekside Retreat

Relax next to Winter Star Creek at this cozy cabin perched on a hillside in scenic Cattail Creek community. There's plenty of outdoor deck and porch space where you can enjoy the mountain views and sounds of the woods.

Lull yourself to sleep with the bold sounds of the creek as it rushes by or listen to its sweet sounds as you relax with your morning coffee on our screened in porch off the master bedroom.

The space
You'll take 48 stone steps to get to the main entrance of your mountain getaway.

Open floor plan with a full kitchen and dining area. We've provided roasted coffees, teas and snacks.

The cabin has one bedroom with a king bed and attached full bathroom with a shower. Our living room has a Wi-Fi connected smart television (no local channels).

We have outdoor security cameras strictly for safety purposes. The cameras are located by the carport/driveway and near the front door.

Guest access
You'll have access to the main cabin. Need an additional bedroom/bath? Reach out to inquire about access to the bunk house for an extra fee.

You'll have strong Wi-Fi, but no cell service at the cabin. The closest cell signal is a 10 minute drive away.

Phone based GPS is fairly reliable on the curvy gravel roads leading to the cabin.

Other things to note
The wood stove is seasonally decommissioned. We plan to have it restored by fall of 2023.
