The hotel was nicely designed. It felt relatively new in design. Rooms were very clean. Staff at the front desk were most helpful and attentive. I did not realize how far from downtown Asheville and the area may still be under some recovery from Helene - it was a less desirable location nevertheless for my purposes.

We rolled up at 10 pm after a bad experience at another hotel. The staff was friendly, hospitable and accommodating and got us into a clean comfortable room right away. Best night of sleep my family and I had on our entire 8 day trip!

This was a last minute booking on a long drive from GA to IL. I was not thrilled with the accommodations; the hotel seemed to have thin walls or perhaps the other guests were quite loud. Staff was not super welcoming nor hospitable. Room was minimal (likely chosen aesthetic) but clean.

The property is very well maintained and very clean in every area. Staffs are friendly, helpful, and professional. Fitness center is clean and nice. Hot breakfast is delicious and lots of variety. There’s pool table. The market has everything from Tylenol to wine.
