Routinely DISINFECTED! Cozy condo near downtown! 100% disinfected after each guest. Fantastic remodeled condo in West Campus w/ high end finishes suitable for one person or a couple. The property is in West Campus just 7 blocks from the Univ. of Texas, 1 block from the beautiful Shoal Creek trail, close to bus routes, and located just 2 miles North of Downtown. Pluckers and food trucks are less than a 5 min. walk. Tons of bars and restaurants on Guadalupe St. within a 15 min. walk: Kerbey Lane, Torchy's, Hole in the Wall, Spider House, etc.

Well I didn't expect much from this property, but was somehow even more disappointed. The owner had advertised the condo being cleaned and disinfected after every stay, which made me comfortable because we are in a pandemic. However, when I arrived, I found the place filthy. It didn't appear to me there was any deep cleaning/disinfecting going on, as I found the bathroom nor the kitchen had been cleaned. Would not recommend staying here. Take your chances at a hotel, you'll at least be assured a clean room.
