Overpriced. Only had surface parking that was more expensive than other 4 star hotel’s valet parking. Definitely not a hotel for anyone over 40!

Perfect hotel for a staycation in Austin. We were greeted with champagne for NYE and the staff were incredibly accommodating to any request we had.

Beautiful hotel but furniture little worn. Very friendly staff! Loved the amenities. If you are bringing kiddos watch out for pool events. Can be adult only. Great location.

Great place to stay, both for business and leisure..

Pros: Free Internet
Cons: no self parking garage
Great people at the check-in counter, very helpful and very nice. The room was perfect, good services, clean. The concierge was very helpful to help me with the rental vehicle delivery when I was out. However, i wish there is a self parking garage, since I hesitate to let someone i barely knew to drive and park the car for me. I wish there are more W hotels around the world so I can stay with them.

not worth the money

Pros: Close restaurants
I paid full price for a suite, and while the room itself was generally nice, the service was horrible. I expected so much from this place, and not getting even the minimum level of attention certainly disappointed. It would take a lot for me to spend this kind of money again at this hotel, only to have the same poor customer experience.
